Functional movement in CrossFit can include a multitude of things. The question is how can we make the work we do in the gym positively affect us outside the gym. Things that we do in our everyday life. Some of those movements we work on are pulling, pushing, pressing, squatting, running, jumping, and of course, picking things up and putting them down. These are natural movements we do in everyday life.
